Senior Program Associate
The Finance Project seeks to create a supportive workplace that values and respects each employee’s uniqueness and individuality through these core principals:
Community: We will work to foster a sense of community where input is sought and valued and where each person feels included as an important part of the larger organization.
Respect: We will acknowledge, respect, and appreciate each person's unique background, perspective, and talents and we will respect each person's right to privacy and to establish individual boundaries.
Communication: Communication will be encouraged and will be open, respectful, and explicit without fear of repercussion or retribution.
Unity: We will become an integrated, coherent, and cohesive organization where all parts logically relate to each other and success of the organization is dependent on each of its parts.
Team: We will work together in supporting each other and valuing each member's contributions.
Connection: We will continue to make connections with each other in our daily interactions and we will make an effort to connect with those we don't know well.
