Kathy Hoyt
Ms. Hoyt is Director, Green Mountain Power Corporation, Director of Mascoma Savings Bank and Director of Mascoma Savings Bank Foundation. She also is a member of the Board of the Vermont Community Foundation and Trustee of the University of Vermont.
Formerly, she was Vermont Secretary of the Agency of Administration, Chief of Staff and Secretary of Civil and Military Affairs for both Governor Howard Dean and Governor Madeleine Kunin. Ms. Hoyt has held various State of Vermont appointive positions since 1968. In 1998, she received the Distinguished Service to State Government Award from the National Governors' Association.
