Program Assistant, I, II and III
The Finance Project, a specialized non-profit research, consulting, technical assistance and training firm, is seeking qualified applicants for Program Assistant positions. The Finance Project helps leaders make smart investment decisions, develop sound financing strategies, and build solid partnerships that benefit children, families and communities. Assignments for new Program Assistant position may include the following: assisting with research and development tasks; working with teams to draft research briefs and user-friendly tools; and presenting the results of assignments.
Duties of the Program Assistant
The Program Assistant must demonstrate the ability to perform the following duties:

Work productively as a member of a multi-disciplinary project team to assist with research and tool development tasks.

Write clearly and effectively for diverse audiences.

Make clear presentations.

Ability to follow guidance and complete tasks on-time and within budget.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants should possess a bachelor ’s degree in public policy, economics, public or business administration, or related fields. Preference will be given to candidates with specialized subject area experience in public finance and accountying; education and education reform; health; out-of-school-time programs and services, including Head Start, Pre-K, and child care; positive youth development; and/or child welfare.
Salary Range
$30,000 - $50,000
